The truth is...

Motherhood is kicking my butt. The adjustment is, in my best Boston accent, WICKED hard. I love those people that say "I have no idea what we did before". Well, I know what I did before. I used to have coffee almost every blessed morning. I used to blog. I used to answer emails fairly quickly. I used to read. I used to go to the gym. I used to wear clothes other than T-shirts and jeans. Oh, yeah, and I used to have a job other than Bella.

But then she lays one of her million dollar grins on me and I don't care about everything I used to do. At least not nearly as much.

Yeah. We love the girl.

Great to see a post from you! Yes it can be very hard at times, being a mother, not being able to do what you used to do. I struggle with that often. We had the "easy life" with just Ben before the girls came. Of course I wouldn't trade this life for anything. But reality is reality.

Isabella is adorable!

Oh, man, she's a beauty. Becoming a new mother is a shock no matter how many times you do it. At first, bad and good days, then good and bad days, then mostly good days. Glad you guys are well and happy.

Hey you've been unearthed!!!! Thanks for the pics, have I told you how gorgeous she is? When we returned from China I was astonished that I would forget to brush my teeth. For days. Has it gotten that bad yet?

Love to you and T.

Your daughter is just precious... what a gorgeous face!

Be sure to carve out some time for yourself... new moms always feel so guilty about wanting that, but it's important to give yourself teeny breaks.

Congratulations!
